Class refers to the right to attend a teaching or training session delivered in person to You by Us.

Digital Content refers to the right to download or access audio, visual or textual content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.
Goods refer to the products offered for sale on the Service, including but not limited to: Items, Classes and Digital Content.
Items refer to objects, books, merchandise or Digital Content supplied on a tangible medium.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order cancellation rights vary depending on the nature of the Goods.

We cannot be held responsible for Items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Items or proof of received return delivery.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order without giving any reason for doing so within 14 days of placing the Order, or up to 28 days before the date of the Class, whichever the earliest.

We will reimburse You the full cost of the Class no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your notification of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Date, time and attendee names for a Class can be amended at no extra cost up to 28 days before the date of the Class. You can request a change by sending an email to hello@giuseppedellanno.com. Acceptance of changes to Class date and/or time depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If, for whatever reason, You are unable to attend a Class less than 28 days before the date of the Class, You are welcome to send someone else in Your place. You can inform Us of this change by sending an email to hello@giuseppedellanno.com.

Orders of Digital Content cannot be cancelled or refunded if:
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
